Automated laser welding machines are used for welding stainless steel, gold, silver, iron, aluminum, alloys, steel, and other materials, as well as welding dissimilar materials. They are widely used in industries such as sensors, mobile phone batteries, high-end bathrooms, medical equipment, craft gifts, clocks, electronic components, precision machinery, and electronic communications.

Product advantages
1. The machine can complete automatic or semi-automatic spot welding, butt welding, stacking welding, and sealing welding through computer programming, targeting welding of complex flat lines, arcs, and any trajectory.
2. The weld quality is high, smooth, beautiful, and free of pores: the laser welding machine can use a maximum welding frequency of 50-100Hz and a line speed of up to 18mm/s, greatly improving welding efficiency and weld quality.
3. Equipped with a four-dimensional ball screw worktable, using an imported servo control system, and optional rotating worktable, it can weld cylindrical objects and various shapes of objects;
4. Good toughness of the welded material: at least equivalent to the parent material.
5. Adjustable current waveform: Different waveforms can be set according to the different welding materials to match the welding parameters and requirements, in order to achieve the best welding effect.
